I was uncomfortable in my house so I got this test, easy, results were quick and they sent me to a place where I could get my mold problem solved, quick and easy and I am happy in my home again.

The test kit would be a good value if it actually presented something of value to the customer, but it does not. The bogus report is designed to scare the customer into buying a whole host of BioCide products from a company clearly and directly associated with the sellers of the test kits that will cost you literally thousands of dollars.

Worst of all, the test kit sales person trying very hard AND very convincingly to sound like a scientist evaluating your test report AND the sales person that is referred to you for purchasing mold remediation products both very politely and persuasively impress you with a tremendous sense of urgency.

The first salesman tells me any local remediation company would declare my house a hazard, dictating that I leave the home and that that they procure special hazmat permits to remediate. The second salesman told me "I'm not usually this aggressive about selling, but I don't want you breathing that hazardous mold any longer than necessary.

And then he promptly transferred me to the remediation company salesperson at Biocide, and both are in Dawsonville, GA. Steer clear of this scam! I have had a bad year with environmental allergies. This helps me decide on moving forward with a dehumidifier and some clean up. This comes with 1 swab. The swab test does cover several molds, not as many as a 36 ERMI panel but it is certainly cheaper. You use one swab to cover 10 areas, that's all. You don't HAVE to use a different swab per space.

You can, which will give a breakdown of that area only. This is the same thing done with expensive ERMI dust testing. The sample size being a lot smaller is only my concern, as to whether it is picking up adequate dust for an accurate result.

When you need to test several areas of your home and each needing to be specific THIS is an alternative to expensive air and ERMI testing. I would still do a more advanced test along with this, but maybe one rather than several for every single room. If you're concerned about the mailing sample being lost, cover it.

If you don't get a phone call, call them. They will discuss a solution to the sampling. That is the overall point. Wouldn't you want some direction on what to do after your sample shows mold in your HVAC?

I live outside the US so I need to pay for postage. Still good value. I thought I had not received the test kit, it is small and compact. One swab tests many areas. You will get a swab kit, a sensitive items bag and a glove. Everything is sterile for lab analysis.

Then you will need to label everything correctly and ship it back to the USA. I NEVER RECEIVED THE LAB RESULTS I'M CLAIMING A REFUND.
