Learn the steps needed for your team to become better communicators using our H. With mostly body weight training and plyometrics, we will be building a solid foundation to learn how to move properly before stepping foot in a weight room.

This training is specifically tailored to athletes ages years old. The Performance Academy offers Private Training, Semi-Private Training, and Return-to-Sport Training options.

Private and Semi-Private training are great options for athletes that are looking for sport-specific workouts. These sessions can be purchased in packages, and are available in 1 on 1 sessions, or for small groups.

If you chose to do small groups training, you will need to sign up all members of the group together. We also offer a Return to Sport program. These are private sessions, done 1 on 1 with our coaches and are for athletes of any age. Sessions can be purchased individually or in packages.

Adam was born in Raleigh, NC and currently lives in Willow Spring, NC. He attended Wake Christian Academy where he was a 4 year starter on the varsity football team as a linebacker. He was All-Conference and All-State his Junior year and All-Conference and team captain his Senior year.

He attended Catawba College in Salisbury, NC where he was a member of the Division II football team.

Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration on Human Performance. He had an internship with NASCAR team Stewart-Haas Racing in Kannapolis, NC where he worked with pit crew performance, and has interned at NC State University working with the strength and conditioning coaching staff.

He has been with TPA since August We have one sports performance membership: Unlimited Sports Performance. The Unlimited Sports Performance Membership is for athletes ages 12 to 18, and includes our SAQ Speed and Agility and Strength Classes.

Athletes on this membership may attend as many of these classes through out the month as they would like, including multiple classes per day. Memberships run on a month to month basis, depending on the day you sign up.

For example, if you sign up on the 15th of June, your membership with auto-renew on the 15th of July. During those 30 days you are able to come to as many classes as you like.

ALL sports! Our sports performance classes are designed around YOUR ATHLETE. Each week they will have an updated custom workout plan to help them achieve those goals, and access to their training numbers in their google drive. If you would like to sign up, your athlete will need to first complete an evaluation at the facility.

You may reserve you spot in class by visiting our mindbody site or by downloading the app TPANC. At this time you do not need to pre-register for class.
