We were instantly hooked! In the past nine years, we've met some incredible people and accomplished health and fitness goals I never imagined I would at this stage in my life.

Before starting at AL, I'd never even run a mile or done a pull up. Now I can say that I've completed a half marathon and even participated in Crossfit competitions with lots of pull ups : The entire coaching staff is so helpful and professional I actually look forward to the workouts!

Coach Kyrie always puts a smile on my face at 6AM class even when she programs thrusters and I admire how hard she works to accomplish her own goals. AL has truly been life changing for us and we really appreciate the community they've created!

Sophia Tostenson. Jarrod, head coach of the Olympic Weightlifting team at AL, is knowledgable and attentive. He provides coaching cues to his students to make small adjustments at a time to not overwhelm the student with too much information at once.

This coaching style yields quick and visible improvements in lifts! Great Coaches. Great Clean place. Their pricing is so flexible and fair. Very fair and straightforward IMO. Have been working out here for almost 7 years, predominantly Crossfit and CrossFit Endurance classes.

Good mix of classes for early birds or after work. Great facility with a top notch variety of fitness equipment. Always updating their equipment and adding options to provide balanced workout options.

This gym produces athletes but also works for the weekend warriors looking improve their overall wellness and fitness. The athletic lab is so much more than a fitness facility.

Without judgement, Kyrie is able to both listen and relate to these stories. She can modify a workout to make it challenging and rewarding for everyone. I had Athletic Lab on my radar for one year before I finally joined and my only regret is not joining sooner.

The facility is big, spacious, and clean. The equipment is top-notch. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Athletic Lab has given me the opportunity to finally realize my dreams of pursuing competitive Olympic weightlifting.

The training is excellent. I've improved more in the 6 months I've been training at AL than in years of training at other gyms. If you're thinking about joining, don't hesitate! Whether you have been exercising or just started, Athletic Lab is a great place to be. The coaches are very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The programs are amazing and offer variety of classes that combine cardio, weight training, and some gymnastic movements. They also offer the classes that help build your endurance, teach you with weightlifting skills, help you with flexibility and mobility and more.

The facility is spacious, clean and equipped with the shower rooms. The community is fun, friendly and supportive. Most importantly, they have taken Covid precautions very seriously. In order to get inside the building, you first need to book your class online and once you arrive, you need to keep your mask on at all time.

You are encouraged to wash your hands before and after the class. There is a limitation of how many people can attend each class and everyone has their own spot with their own equipment to use away from each other.

Once they are done with the equipment, they have to clean them with the provided towel and solution. I had a problem with my lungs before but have felt very safe training here during the pandemic because everyone follows the precautions.

Therefore, I highly recommend this place. I have been around athletic lab for a decent amount of time. It has always been an amazing experience. The atmosphere there with the other members and the staff is truly one of a kind.

I am a weightlifter so I have had a lot of experience around Jarrob Nobbe. If you are looking for a great weightlifting coach that truly cares about everyone's progress he is the guy! He is super knowledgeable and supportive!

Our son started with the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team back in August with Coach Jarrod. He loves being a part of the weightlifting team and is always eager to get to training. Coach Jarrod has been phenomenal with our son and we couldn't be more happy with the progress our son has made since being a part of the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team.

By far the absolute best experience as an athlete that our son has ever had. Incredible staff and facility. Athletic Lab treats each member as an athlete. I am consistently impressed by the professionalism and caliber of training I receive here.

I looked into Athletic Lab because I knew there was a weightlifting team and it has exceeded my expectations. I recently moved to Cary from NH for a new position with my employer.

I used to work out multiple times a week back up north but when I moved, I took time off from my work out routine. Finally after several weeks and 3 burpees later, I found Athletic Lab. They are very professional and motivational.

As a result of them continuing to work with me, I was able to place 35th overall in a Battle Frog Race. The entire staff is very professional and wants to work with everyone in helping them achieve their goal. I especially enjoyed the postcard I recently received congratulating me on my new back squat max.
