then I pour the boiled water over them and stir about 30 seconds.. I cover with a small glass dish and steep for at least 10 minutes.. I pour the tea into glasses and put them in the fridge..

makes 2 glasses.. I then add water to the leaves and use them all day.. makes the best ice tea ever.. fresh mint you have grown yourself yields the best flavor!
